I had a great experience working with JR&CO, specially I worked with Isaiah Colon. From start to finish my experience was exceptional. Isaiah was able to inspect my roof and help me file a claim with my insurance. I love the color (Merlo) !!! I highly recommend JR&CO, and the best part a lifetime warranty.
I was impressed with the professionalism of Isaiah Colon and his ability to communicate with my insurance company to reduce my out of pocket cost. He Saved me money and JR&CO increased the value of my home by doing exceptional work on replacing my roof.
I was super pleased with the honesty and knowledge of the salesman Isaiah Colon. He came to my house and did an inspection on the roof, he was fully transparent that my roof did not have enough damage and they would not be able to replace it. I really appreciated him taking the time to inspect and not try and do me wrong. I now have some good insight on my roof and will be reaching back out to Isaiah Colon in the future after a few more storms.
