Cannot recommend this business at all. The positive reviews were likely from years ago when I imagine Jim was doing more of the work compared to his son seemingly having taken over. We used Jim for our new build, very large lot and have had to re-do almost everything he did. Almost all plants died and our breeze pathway has completely washed out due to lack of proper drainage. We’re having to put another $20K into our yard less than 3 years after Jim did our yard. And they have essentially no warranty so you’re just out of luck if you use them and something doesn’t turn out well.

They are nice but the quality is not the same. I spent $21,000 cash with them for landscaping from scratch and a sprinkler system… that would burst within the first year. Then to fix anything its more of a charge. If you are looking for a business that will fix their mistakes for free then this is not the place. I personally went with my home builder’s preferred landscaper which was a mistake since my builders (keller homes) are poor quality too. Birds of the same feather, flock together. However they were nice for sure but I wouldn’t say that justifies paying that much then having to pay more on top for any repairs needed for any mistakes.Services: Walkway landscaping

We used Jim's to design and landscape our new backyard and we were not let down onw bit. Jim took the time to make my dream backyard come true. He listened and made substations were they were needed. The team of guys were professional and fast. We would 100% recommend them to anyone we know.Services: Landscaping design
