Jen was wonderful and the facial she gave was incredible! Her hydroderm abrasion machine (add on I had booked) wasn’t working properly so she contacted me the day before to offer alternative services (one of which was a step up from what I paid for to begin with) for no additional cost. Her space was clean and welcoming and although the traffic outside was pretty noisy (corner of academy and union) her gentle spa music made me quickly forget about the cars outside. The neck/shoulder massage was spectacular and none of her products were overly scented which I know is a big deal to some people. I've been seeing Jennifer for years now, and she is pretty much the only massage therapist I regularly go to now. She's professional and highly attentive to your needs in order to address any aches and pains that you have. I highly, highly recommend her.
