From start to finish, an excellent company to work with and a professional team in the office and on site. A thanks to Sean the field manager who was in constant touch with us throughout the process (including working with the insurance adjustor, who himself was really great to work with), and Amy in the office, who went over many different options with us until we were satisfied with what we wanted. Sure enough, on the exact day we had picked to start, a snowstorm hit, but the team kept in touch and started when it was safe for the crew to be up there. The crew did an excellent job of keeping the surroundings and plants protected, and Sean came through afterwards with a thorough inspection and cleanup.
