The artisan, Ross, is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He put the table together, walked us through proper care, and stopped by a couple of weeks later to drop off a special wood cleaning product free of charge. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I ended up ordering a custom office desktop to match the walnut dining table, and Ross will definitely be our first stop for any future custom wood furniture needs!“

“I initially booked Wall 2 Wall through the UHaul app for a move in May, 2025. A little health incident caused me to postpone the move until today, August 16, 2025. Emily was wonderful to work with the whole way through, kind, patient, and understanding. When it was time to reschedule the move, I did not even consider looking elsewhere. She quoted me the same price as three months ago and we were booked. Today, Jerrik and Derrin sent a text when they were on their way, arrived even a few minutes early, and immediately got to work. These two guys had the garage-ful of my household belongings loaded in 26 minutes flat. We drove across town to the new apartment and they had everything unloaded and exactly where I asked it to be placed in my fourth floor apartment, all within the two-hour time frame quoted by Emily.
