On the day of the installation, the technician arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They carefully removed the old fixture, ensured all wiring was up to code, and installed the new fan flawlessly. What stood out most was their attention to detail. They ensured the fan was perfectly balanced, operated smoothly, and even took the time to walk me through the settings and features. They cleaned up afterward, leaving my home spotless. Mr. John and his crew were great to work with. Our remodel turned out gorgeous (new floors, fireplace, and full kitchen remodel). We love our "new" house.
