Roofer here in St. Louis. A customer of mine forwarded your “Why I don’t like OC Duration” video. Are you platinum preferred with them? Just curious. Here in Missouri we have had the opposite experience. I have had to go out to reinspect a number of Duration roofs after getting between 1 and 2 inch hail storms over the last couple years. In every situation, there was little to no damage at all.
