Very happy with my experience from start to finish! Johnny was thorough in explaining options with me when our AC and furnace needed to be replaced (which I knew before he arrived) Both he and Derrick were incredibly patient with me and my 4,287 questions. Derrick spent over an hour on the phone with me answering questions and explaining every detail. Not once did he show impatience or annoyance....he was genuinely interested in making sure I understood everything.
Brandon, Dan, Jayden, Jared, and Aleksandr did the installation, duct cleaning, and aeroseal. They were all very kind, patiently answering all questions! They were all super professional.

My AC unit started getting an error code and when the Brandon, tech arrived it was end of day and he took the time to ensure everything was running properly. I am someone that likes to understand how my house functions and fix it myself if possible and he pointed out very simple things to listen for in the future. I had questions regarding air flow upstairs and he gave great recommendations to look into. I highly recommend using Home Heating Services, knowledgeable and experienced professionals that you can trust.
I had an unresponsive thermostat so I called Home Heating Service who was recommended to me by my daughter. The technician checked out all possible causes and it turned out not to be the thermostat at all. I appreciate that he didn’t jump to the obvious conclusion and went on to identify the actual problem and fixed it. Brandon was very cordial and answered all my questions.
