We were having a dilemma with the codes and rules as they change often. We were on very tight budget and didn't know what to do! I called HCDA and was directed to Steve. Steve went out of his way to help us and was more worried about us getting the right information rather then profits. At the end of it all, we got the information that we desperately needed and was guided in the right direction on how to move forward with our roofing project. Steve saved us money and time!! Honesty is hard to come by these days and I can assure you this company has integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. I highly recommend this company! 5 stars!!!

Jeff Kobriger of HCDA Engineering came to our rescue in the last hour of the last day of a critical real estate negotiation. In doing so, his accurate and diligent report saved us tens of thousands of dollars. I can't thank them enough for the work they did.
