It started with some frustration with our institution being rescheduled for rain that never came. As we were on a tight timeline, this was very frustrating. During the new install day, the gentleman was quick and friendly. We stumbled upon a situation with our stairs needing a repair, and the gentleman came back quickly to finish the installation once the repair was completed.

The installation team was on time and very courteous. They removed their shoes upon entry and were respectful of my skittish dog as they moved around him. I did not even ask. The quality of work was great and I am extremely satisfied with the results. They even went above an beyond by carpeting an extra that was not on the list simply because it was a good idea to do so and they had a bit of extra carpet to do so.The office personnel was very helpful as well and quick to answer.I highly recommend!Service: Carpet installation

Great experience with HOM Solutions, Inc., with the install of my carpet that I purchased from Home Depot. Due to the unexpected water damage, I was expecting guests to arrive the following weekend. I was on a time crunch to have my carpet installed and my initial install date was the following Monday, but I really needed it installed the Friday before. After waiting for several days & working with a wonderful lady named, Rachael, she was able to reschedule me for that Friday, just in time. She truly saved the day and I so appreciate her & HOM Solutions for their understanding of my urgent request. The installers were polite, professional, friendly, & efficient. They did an amazing job! Highly recommend this company!!
