If you are there for car speakers / displays - save your time and go up the street to Drive In Autosound! At Best Buy I was greeted by the nicest person who said there would be someone over by car speakers and displays to help shortly, after a 30 minute wait I asked again. After 2 associates I found one who could speak to the merchandise in that section. I went through a selection process and asked questions however when all was said and done and I supplied all of the info to make it happen, they were missing a part and said the warranty of install would not be honored AND I have to go find this part on the internet for an install appointment 4 days away. I walked out and went 5 minutes up the road to Drive In Autosound - they not only had amazing service but had me hooked up and ready to go the next morning!

Customer service very good at the store, 5 stars, not so much at service center via phone 0 stars! Not sure where they operated from very poor in the English language! Again 0 stars for them.

Tanner & Kaya we’re absolutely amazing, so helpful & had fabulous customer service during my visit today.

Bianca & the other girl wearing a hollister hoodie were rude and dismissive.
