We used Stacy as a CFI in a custody case. It wasn't great. Stacy met with both parents and the child involved in the case. When the child told Stacy she liked the schedule as it was, Stacy recommended to change the schedule. Several concerns of alcohol abuse ect at the other parents house including adults who refused blood tests to rule it out as a problem. Stacy apparently thought that was ok and the child should spend more time at the other parents house. Stacy told us that we should not have in depth conversations with our child even when they wanted to talk to us. Stacy does not do her job WHATSOEVER!!! Do not use her if you have a choice!! We paid her over $2800 to investigate my case as a child family investigator, and she did the absolute bare minimum. She completely believes anything she hears, so if you are dealing with somebody that doesn’t tell the truth to her, you are screwed!! And she didn’t show up to court even after paying her an additional $500 to be there. She doesn’t realize that it might just be a piece of paper to her, but people’s lives and their kids’ lives are on the line here. She does not truly care about what she does for a living, she is clearly only doing her job for the paycheck. STAY AWAY!!!!

Stacy is terrible. Was using her as a cfi in my divorce case. My husband and I ended up getting back together so she was no longer needed and we let her know that. She never scheduled my home visit during the case but yet charged me 450 for it. Then she charged me for a review of collateral resources that was 450 too. When she couldn’t have done that since the case was dropped and home vists were never done. When we told her the divorce wasn’t going to happen she said she would send us a refund that took over a year to get back to us just to find out she charged me for stuff she never did. The courts she not use her.
