I'd read the mixed reviews, but decided to see for myself since Frenchies is so close to my house. I was *very* pleasantly surprised. Not only was it clinically clean (as seemed to be the consensus), but also:
Customer service showed me great attention and went above and beyond. I received what seemed like VIP treatment, in fact. It was relaxing, I loved all the special, thoughtful, surprising touches, and I particularly enjoyed speaking with my technician Gabi. She did a beautiful job with my manicure AND my normal polish (not gel or dip or anything) lasted a full two weeks! Frenchies even followed up my first experience with a lovely, hand-written card in the mail that provided a discount on my next visit.
I do wish scheduling was a bit more responsive and easier, and there is a perfectly adequate (but not extensive) selection of regular polish colors. Nevertheless Frenchies *totally* won me over and I hope they will do the same for you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
