Couldn’t be more pleased! Footprints Floors did a superb job refinishing our hardwood floors. They were the first step in a larger project. Exceptional customer service from beginning to end and went above and beyond to set conditions for the rest of the project. Such a dramatic improvement to the aesthetic of our home. Out of the seven companies I had come out to give quotes, Mark was by far my favorite to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and their prices were amazing. Eric followed up and managed the project, and he was also great to work with and clearly knew his stuff. Pedro and Damian handled the installation, and both did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with how the floors turned out. The new hardwood addition looks amazing, completely seamless with the rest of the floor after the full refinish.
