Candii was amazing, came in with a sample tile and told her about my project and she led the way to exactly what I was picturing for my floors. Amazing customer service all around by the staff here in Colorado Springs. Thank you all for making this experience possible. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Mack, Dominique, and Adrianna at the Pro desk are always so helpful and positive during my visits to F&F. Helpful with suggestions and finding what I need in their store. I wish Home Depot and Lowes had half the customer service that their team does.You will find an abundance of quality materials and quality help from this store.

In addition to my original review, I just want to give a shout out to Josh at the Floor and Decor store in Colorado Springs, CO. I have now spoken with Josh twice since first meeting him in the store, and his communication skills over the phone have been excellent. While at the store, he had a working knowledge of the product I was interested in using, and although the store computer said it was discontinued, he found enough of the product for me in Texas. He was also knowledgable about applying for the tax exempt status, and made that process easy for me.
