Luis responded to a quote request in a prompt manner. He provided a very reasonable quote/price to replace the glass of a bedroom window. We set up an appointment and he was on time. He took the window and brought it back a few days later completely fixed. He then installed it in a few minutes. I am out of state however, this entire transaction was seamless. He ended up charging me even less that his original quote!!! I will definitely be using him again to fix any issues with my rental property.
