I’ve been attending F45 Stetson Hills for about two weeks now, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The workouts are doable for any skill level and can be adjusted to your needs. It’s a really fun and positive environment. My favorite gym I’ve been to.
They treat you like family here and really help you push yourself to achieve any goal you are set out for! I was pretty nervous my first time but they made the whole experience fun and comforting. Never going back to any other gym! Such amazing and funny trainers!
The best coaches, facility is always in top top shape and the coaches go beyond just being trainers! They’ll spend time with you one on one and help you with anything. I’ve become friends with a lot of people from this gym and have had nothing but a great experience. Thanks guys!!
