Challenging but fun workouts, motivating coaches, and good vibes! I find weight training boring on my own but love the atmosphere of F45; you get a solid workout without having to plan it yourself! So glad we have this gym in Colorado Springs.
My experience at F45 has been fantastic. I have been everyday for two weeks and every time I go the team is motivating and helpful. Workouts are well planned, organized and effective. I highly recommend signing up and committing to getting and staying in shape. I look forward to the long term positive changes.
This was my first visit and I was very impressed. David and the trainers made sure that I did the exercises safely and properly. The facility is clean and the other members were friendly. If you want a good workout, I highly recommend F45 in Colorado Springs!
