Challenging but fun workouts, motivating coaches, and good vibes! I find weight training boring on my own but love the atmosphere of F45; you get a solid workout without having to plan it yourself! So glad we have this gym in Colorado Springs.

My experience at F45 has been fantastic. I have been everyday for two weeks and every time I go the team is motivating and helpful. Workouts are well planned, organized and effective. I highly recommend signing up and committing to getting and staying in shape. I look forward to the long term positive changes.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. David and the trainers made sure that I did the exercises safely and properly. The facility is clean and the other members were friendly. If you want a good workout, I highly recommend F45 in Colorado Springs!

This company has such predatory practices. Do not sign any contracts, they will close shop and hold you for payment.

I really enjoy coming to the F45 classes- the coaches and other participants are very welcoming. The workout can be tailored to any level and is well-rounded. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with my 7 day trail! The coaches all made sure to welcome me at the door and they pushed me through my workouts with encouraging works and tips on my form! I signed up for a membership the second my 7 day trail was up! Great atmosphere to get back into shape!
