I had one issue in the beginning when I needed to cancel an appointment. I called a day in advance and also sent a text, but unfortunately, my appointment wasn't removed from the schedule. It ended up looking like I was a no-show even though I had already notified them. Thankfully, they went back, reviewed everything, and corrected the mistake.
When I returned for my next wax, the staff sincerely apologized for the confusion and even gave me a small gift bag with a few thoughtful items. That meant a lot to me because it showed they truly care about their customers and were willing to make things right.
