Dr. Pool and her staff are fantastic! My husband and I have been seeing them for a few years now. Our experience is always great. Even when we have been in between insurances, they have worked with us.

I have been with Dr. Pool since she began Elm Family Dentistry. Dr. Pool is sweet and kind, and does her job well and thoroughly. I know my teeth are being well cared for both at home and in the office.

Dr Pool is the most gentle dentist I have been to in all my life. She takes lots of time to explain treatment options and set educated and reasonable expectations. She takes the time to answer all your questions. She is very kind and compassionate. I have finally found the dentist I have been looking for a long time. Thanks so much Dr Pool!!! .
