I have been with Dr. Pool since she began Elm Family Dentistry. Dr. Pool is sweet and kind, and does her job well and thoroughly. I know my teeth are being well cared for both at home and in the office.

Dr Pool is the most gentle dentist I have been to in all my life. She takes lots of time to explain treatment options and set educated and reasonable expectations. She takes the time to answer all your questions. She is very kind and compassionate. I have finally found the dentist I have been looking for a long time. Thanks so much Dr Pool!!! .

I have been going here since they opened. Dr Pool, and the entire staff that I have met, are dedicated and very professional. They do thorough and excellent procedures in a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work in a great and caring environment. Consistently a solid 5 star team.
