As a person with Spinal Cord Injury, receiving treatment from a competent LMT was often problematic. To be kind, the treatment often received was less than therapeutic and fraught with awkwardness. I went to more than 50 Licensed Massage Therapists in Colorado Springs before finally being referred to Mrs. Hughes. Not only was she knowledgeable about the treatment of those with disability, Mrs. Hughes utilizes an electronic elevating table making it easy to transfer on and off the treatment table. She was also aware of the different components of my disability and took the time to familiarize herself with effective treatment strategies to help me. I have now been a weekly client of Debbye’s for more than 10 years. I can always be assured that the treatment I receive, be it: Swedish massage; Sports massage, Myofascial, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Medi-cupping, Ultrasound, stretching, trigger point release, or steam treatment, is always professionally administered and focused upon my areas needing care. Debbye is the very best massage therapist in the Springs! I am continually impressed by how well she knows just what I need and what to do to help me feel better.
