Dublin Primary Care used to be great. Ever since the acquisition from UCHealth it has been a mess. The paperwork and records transition was rocky, you cannot call them anymore instead having to talk to a dumb AI assistant, it's just a poor experience. I am a single parent that cannot have my phone at work so calling them from work and not having my phone or computer for records information is challenging. I sent them a message on the UCHealth app and it's been over a month without a response. I like the doctors and has a positive experience in the office, but I'm highly considering changing to a place where you can actually call the local office.

We absolutely love Dr. Connolly and trust her completely with the care of both of our kids. She is kind, attentive and always speaks directly to our kids, helping the development their own voice and confidence to advocate for themselves, both medically and in general. We feel truly supported and are grateful to have such a wonderful pediatrician.
