My entire experience was amazing, exactly what a doctors appointment should be like. The front staff was helpful and polite, then my nurse Kelly called me to the back after I had waiting only a few minutes. Kelly was kind and helpful. Then I waited about 5 min and then Dr. Bower was in the room. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Bower, he was friendly and had a pleasant bedside manner but more importantly he genuinely listened like he cared. It’s been a long time since I had a primary care physician that made me feel like more than just a check box. I will start this review by stating that before coming to this clinic, I had pretty much lost faith in most healthcare providers. I switched from Peak Vista to UCHealth Dublin and am so glad I did! For years I’ve struggled with various symptoms that weren’t being taken seriously by other providers, but Krista actively listened, ordered imaging along with labs, and was able to properly diagnose me. I now have a treatment plan, but most importantly the piece of mind that comes with knowing my healthcare is in the hands of a great provider. Scheduling an appointment through the app is easy, the clinic itself is clean, and everyone is kind.

The ladies at the front desk as well as the nurses are always friendly. My care provider Ansley Smitherman is knowledgeable and willing to listen to all of my concerns and provide a plan of action. She responds to my messages in depth and promptly.I recommend giving her a visit!
