I started seeing Dixie early this year and knew immediately I wanted to jump into the 10 series sessions. Dixie is a wealth of knowledge and I love how I left each session with "homework" of stretches/exercises I can do at home to maintain the results I got from Dixie's work. She is kind, professional and an all around awesome human to get to spend time with!

I have been seeing Dixie for 2 years, both Rolfing and massage. She is great for bodywork and helping to keep you moving as you age or if you have injuries. She can recommend stretches and movements to help with injuries or weaknesses. When I mentioned having pain when hiking downhill, she directed me to a youtube video where the person explained proper technique when hiking up and down hill. I started applying the techniques and the pain is gone. She really cares about her clients!

Go see Dixie if you want to keep moving and doing things! She’s a knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner. I’ve been seeing her for almost a year and in that time, she has helped me deal with recovery from two knee surgeries. Injury or chronic issues can lead to movement patterns that cause problems over time. Rolfing can help you get back to normal movement. After a session I feel like I can move more smoothly. With Dixie’s help I’m looking forward to many more years of hiking, bicycling and rock climbing.
