I mean as far as learning the right way to Defend yourself not the fake traditional bs the realism/practice part's perfect at least...

I began coming to the Hitt Kickboxing and Dictate classes in April and I have lost weight and gained confidence with my ability to defend myself. The system is straight forward and Shihan John Patron is an amazing instructor. Don’t hesitate any longer if your looking into self defense classes, this is the one you want!

Shihan had my kid out of his shell in no time. He was too shy. 4 belt's later, he's doing better than ever expected. Highly recommend!
