We called due to a leaky water valve. Paul was quick to respond and took care of the problem. He provided options for the repair and pointed out the pros and cons. He also advised us of other possible future plumbing issues and gave options for that as well. He was friendly, efficient, informative and reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to call him again.
