This was by far the best carpet cleaning. Old stains that had reappeared after cleaning by another company are no longer. Matt and Alex were so professional and hard working. Loved that Matt texted me to come earlier if that worked for me. My carpets look great. Such care from these two. Like Alex mentioned my carpets now have some love. Second to none from estimate to finish.
Brad and Alex were awesome! They were respectful, efficient, cleaned up any mess, and a just an overall great experience. Tyler is an incredible representative for this company and I trust them for any work I'll ever need done in the future. There's a reason they received the Best of the Springs!
I can’t say enough great things about Creative Carpet Cleaning! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. They arrived on time, were incredibly friendly and respectful of our home, and went above and beyond to make our carpets look, feel, and smell like they were brand new. I was shocked at how fresh and vibrant everything looked after just one visit — even stubborn stains we thought were permanent completely disappeared.
