They canceled my appointment within two hours notice and then was super unhelpful when trying to reschedule my next appointment. They basically told me to call another eye doctor because they were booked up even though they canceled on me within two hours of my appointment.
Came in with a prescription from a Japanese optical center and was denied by the representative working there. He didn’t bother to find a possible solution. It’s poor customer service. I’ve been here before but this was the first time I’ve had a bad experience. I’m not coming back when I need a new pair for my kids or spouse.
Absolutely awful experience with whatever person running the Register/Front on the morning of the 21st.
Could not have been more clear it would NOT be a problem if I couldn't get my contact lenses quickly, I just needed to know that if I placed my order I would receive them quickly and if not it's zero problem I can order them elsewhere.
She assures me that if I order to the store, I can pick them up within 2 days, but if I order online it will be at least a week.
Well here we are, a week later, and after calling today im told it will be at MINIMUM another three days.
