I’m from out of state and tweaked my back yesterday. Took a chance on this place based on google reviews. Picking a chiropractor when out of state can be a daunting task. However, he was able to get me in this morning and did a fantastic job. Best adjustment I’ve had in a long time. I left feeling so much better. As someone that has regular adjustments I would recommend this place to anyone that’s local or needing in while in town!
Dr. Myrick has set the Bar when it comes to Chiropractic Care.
Very attentive, very caring, very thorough, and a Master of his trade. I was kind of anxious walking up in there, wondering if this guy was going to be any good... Well, let me tell ya, my expectations were far exceeded, and my pain is gone.

I'm thankful I found you.
I've been seeing Chiropractors for over 10 years as a career pilot and aviator. I have never had as thorough of an exam as I did on my first visit to Core. Dr Kaile was absolutely awesome. He really took the time to get to know my history and examine prior medical records. This is a C. Springs small business! Don't go to cheap in and out Chiro...You get what you pay for and Core is top notch. I left feeling refreshed, aligned!
