Astounding work. Worth twice what I paid. These guys fit me into their schedule really quickly and five hours later my kitchen and bathrooms look brand new! Really down to earth too; easy to work with.Makes me wish I would have had this done when I moved in. Thanks you guys!

Ivan is very professional and the work he performed is outstanding. I read through the reviews and think the 1 star review is very unjust- this person did not use Ivan's service so I don't understand how she could rate it. I highly recommend Colorado Springs Grout Cleaning - our bathrooms look refreshed and brand new!

Saw an ad for Grout Cleaning in the Home Magazine. Our showers were starting to develop mold and decided it was time for help. We called Ivan. He was able to schedule us for a free estimate the next day and was able to do the work that same week. He is professional and offers great prices. The work is top notch! I was a little worried about one spot under the bench seat in the shower after the work was completed. He came out the following week and took care of it ASAP.
