Only rating a 2 because the ladies in there are nice
Used to go here 10 years ago and never had any issues

I’m a lisenced cosmetologist and I could report you all to Dora for how UNSANITARY you are. Keeping disposable nail files and buffers in a basket on a cart and not keeping you metal tools in a sanitary solution is disgusting. I paid $45 plus. $12 tip for my polish to be lumpy and my cuticles to not be trimmed.

You could be shut down with you lack of sanitation. I’m very disgusted and disappointed ☹️

I walked in for a manicure, and they kept insisting i also got a pedicure. I wasn't opposed to one, and they ended up convincing me after they told me the price. I only wanted paint on my toes and repeated that to them a few times. It really annoyed me when the lady doing my toes put gel on me, and the acted like that was what I wanted.
So I ended up paying more for something I did not ask for and did not appreciate her doing that when I repeatedly said just nail polish on my toes.
Overall, my nails looked fine, but due to her doing what she wanted instead of what I wanted, I probably won't be back.

They will tell you they went up on the prices but nothing has changed on the website and their menu. The lady that did my nails charged me 50 for what I paid the last time I was there that was 40 dollars it’s been a week and the results are horrible.
