I would usually give CPFM a five star. When I started going I had an amazing doctor and due to family issues he took a step back. Then was given to his colleagues. So I was ok with but found one I really enjoyed and now she has left. The new provider I was given today was my worst experience and I went home and cried angry tears at the service I received from the provider I saw and how I felt like a number not a person with her. I'm sad the quality of care has gone downhill. It's not all their fault it's insurance companies, coverage, pharmaceuticals etc. It makes it hard for the providers. Ally or Allie at the front desk was amazing and super helpful. She made me feel like my concerns were top priority and never made me feel crazy for calling everyday for getting my referral through for my pregnancy. Thanks again! Keep doing what you do 💕
Dr Sandbach is amazing. I go to both South and North location but I do prefer north location. I've been sick for years and ever Dr I seen wrote me off or said something like your to young and you'll be ok but I wasn't. Thanks to Dr Sandbach hearing me and actually seeing me, she sent me to the specialist I needed and I got a rare diagnosis that needed surgeries. She is a blessing to me and I don't trust any other Dr except her. North location is clean and staff has always been friendly to me.
