I am exceedingly pleased with Carroll Painting LLC. I selected 3 companies for estimates based on locality, BBB rating, and my experience as the homeowner during the estimates process. Mr. Peter Carroll, Sr. highly impressed me with his attention to detail and provided clear communications of the work to be done and completion timeline. He was my primary point of contact from start to finish. He came to my home for an initial inspection, returned to personally help me capture additional photographs of damage for my insurance company; returned again to meet with me and my insurance assessor; and then conducted a final inspection of the work with me. ***** Carroll and his team did an excellent job on covering our stucco with elastomeric. Each day they were here on time, kept us informed of their progress, pointed out some repairs to our roof that need to be taken care of, cleaned up each day before leaving, and finished faster than we thought they would. I would not hesitate to hire them again and am actually going to do so next spring to have our trim painted. They were fantastic!
