The experience I had at Cappadona was an unforgettable one. I lost my 21 year old son March 2022 which is horrible for me and my family. I was assisted by Alicia who made me feel like family and didn’t even know me. She made sure every decision I made wasn’t rushed. Worked with my every change and requests. My sons service turned out amazing And I would recommend Alicia to anyone anytime they need it. In fact I lost my cousin and my aunt in June and called Alicia right away and she was so professional and willing to assist and I am truly grateful. Thank you
My husband passed away in december of 2021. My dad passed in June of 2022. My mom passed in January of 2023 and now my 31 year old son passed one month ago. I met Alicia after my husband passed away and she helped with all the arrangements for my husband and my mom. I have never met anyone as caring and compassionate as Alicia! She not only took care of everything but was also a shoulder to cry on and has been there for me with every death I've had to deal with in the past 1 -1/2 years. When another funeral home picked up my husband saying they were with Cappadona, Alicia found out who it was and got on it immediately even though it was 4 am and fixed the problem.
