Bugs towing provided not only an excellent service but was on time and kept in contact. Their driver Luis was very professional and knew what to do to hook-up our 38ft RV. A very careful and conscientious driver, professional all the way.
Had a vehicle parked in a handicap reserved space & bugs was able to come tow with maintenance approval. Logan did an amazing job and was on site within 15 minutes after hours on a weekend! Id recommend to everyone who needs anything towed within bugs scope.
Logan was great. My car broke down early morning and he was there within 20 minutes of calling. Was super careful and respectful of my car (even though it is an older camry with damage everywhere). Took great care of it, and recommended me to a shop as I am newer to this state. Reasonable prices, great care of my car, and great recommendation of a shop that did amazing work on my vehicle in a very timely manner.
