Jo was so amazing to work with!! I went to a different curly hair salon a few weeks prior and wish I had gone to Jo first. I wasn’t super satisfied with the service at the other salon and didn’t get very good curly hair education so I booked some time with Jo in the hopes that the experience would be better. I was so impressed!! She took the time to really understand what I was struggling with in terms of taking care of and styling my hair and did an amazing job of walking me through each step of caring for my hair from wash to style to after-style care. She had some great product recommendations and my hair turned out so much more hydrated and my curls were amazing!...read full review

I am so happy I found Jo. This is the first time in my 40-year life that someone has taught me how to care for my curls. I am so appreciative, and they look awesome. I have had so many compliments. A couple of other things that matter a lot... this studio is in a nice, safe, and quiet location. Jo keeps her studio very clean, has state of the art equipment, and her pup is so sweet! She is a true professional of her trade. She was willing to review my current products to see what is in them and if they were good for my hair. Super informative. Born Blonde is now The Hair Behr! The Salon is open (by appointment only) Monday 9-2:30, Wednesday 9-2:30 , Friday 9-1 and alternating Saturdays 9-5. I specialize in wavy, swavy, curly and coily haircuts and styles. I have stepped away from hair color to focus on helping more curly gals love their hair. My training includes Head Shape Matters, Curly Hair Artistry, The Raw Curls Academy, Cut it Kinky, Rezo Cut Academy, Joe Miguel Academy and DevaCurl Academy. I am currently accepting new clients who are naturally curly and are not straightening with chemicals or heat.
