Working with Charles Battaglia at Bob Pinkus certainly made car buying easy and almost a pleasure.
Charles was very respectful dealing with my wife and with myself. I can’t believe from start to finish, I spent 2 1-2 hours at the dealership.

Steven at Volkswagen was a LIFE SAVER. We were 8 hours away from home (Oklahoma) and had 4 hours to our destination when our engine light came on and we couldn’t accelerate. We also had our dog and had no idea what to do. Friday morning we called and they were fully booked, we explained the situation and Steve said come on and we will see what we can do… we got there and EVERYONE was so kind and Steve took care of us, we needed a part that they didn’t have but they went next door to another dealership and got us out of there in 4 hours.
