The whole experience with Blind Source was exceptional. Quick timing from phone call to appointment to exceptional blind order, selection and knowledge. The turnaround time amazing. They are in and Beautiful with all the items and materials we chose. The installation by Mitchel to the pleasant receptionist, was super. Thank you
Scott and his staff were customer friendly while listening to customers desires and making their professional suggestions. We were completely novices about the various choices and advantages plus disadvantages of product. From the start to installation of window coverings we were very happy with their no pressure and efficient service. Highly recommended for value and service.
Blindsource is the ONLY source for blinds. From the original meeting, we were impressed by the businesslike way things were handled; with care and consideration like one might expect from family. The suggestions given us were spot on, and just right for our circumstances and needs, without trying to upsell their products.
All three of those we had dealings with were kind, prompt, and quick to keep us up to date as to the timeline of the installation of the blinds. It was ordered and done much more quickly than we expected, and even a few days earlier than they were due.
