The staff is kind and caring. We took our black lab puppy, Henry, in for some fur loss. They went over everything with us and gave us treatment plans. They explained everything in detail so we know what to do and expect. I can’t express how thankful I am for the care they gave us and Henry.

Have only had good experiences here in the short time we've been seeing Dr. Unsell. They are extremely professional, punctual, thorough, and kind. Good bedside manner can be hard to find in doctors who stay busy, but the vets I've encountered at Bear Creek all appear happy to be of help.

Dr. Robert Unsel is the best vet i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! His knowledge is remarkable, he is honest and caring and he is sincere. the staff is extremely helpful and the clinic is always very clean. Dr. Unsel truly goes above and beyond like your pet is his pet. I can't say enough great things about him and the staff at Bear Creek Vet clinic. customer for life !! i have two cats and he has always been so patient and kind with them. he does everything he can to make sure they are taken care of. even makes house calls because the older cat does not travel well. i would not dream of taking my cats anywhere else!
