Brookside Physical Therapy

After spending 9 months between hospitals and various rehabs while recovering from cancer and a stroke we found Brookside therapy. Dr. Ashley is just amazing at treating the body and mind. She listens to me with care and genuine concern. I came in struggling to walk and very poor balance
After just 2 months I can walk our dog with ease and pleasure and walking stairs comes easy for me. Everyone at Ascend is amazing. My pelvic floor physical therapy there was invaluable, and I felt fantastic that the assessments tailored the exercises well to exactly what my body needed. Appointment times were super convenient and I was always seen right away.

I have seen both Emily and Ashley. I started with Emily who really helped my back pain with just the right exercises. She explains things really well and I continued to improve with my back until the pain was gone. She also gave me good exercises for my hip pain that I continue to do with good results.Ashley is a real treasure at this place with Dry Needling and I was grateful for Emily for transferring me over to her for that.
