Upon leaving the hospital and the discharge nurse contacting Apria for and 'Urgent" request for a walker, we waited three days for it to arrive. Gladly, the woman in charge called with endless apologies, she had been on vacation and found out about my urgent need for the walker realizing how it had not been taken care of. She had it delivered immediately. I didn't catch her name, but she more than took care of my need. The gentleman who delivered it was very kind, explained clearly how to use it.

I had the best experience working with Justin! I have been fighting with the insurance for over 9 months and wasn't getting any support from a different provider. Once I was put in contact with him, he worked tirelessly to help me get a vent approved. He was attentive and very responsive. I can't thank him and his team enough for all the support!

I had questions about my new PAP machine so I called twice. First time it became inconsistent and I was told not my problem. Second I was told a respiratory Therapist would call. And at last a call. They did not forget me. Really helpful in fact!
