I wish there could have been a human to help set up the CPAP machine. Spent 2 days with trial and error figuring out what and how to use this machine. It was frustrating to say the least.
I had an annual health exam with my primary care physician from Kaiser Permanente in Dec 2024. In our review of the blood tests my doctor saw an elevation in a blood test result making him ask if I snored or was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I answered that I do snore and my husband of 20 years has complained of it over the years. I had not been diagnosed at anytime with sleep apnea. So He put in an order for an at home test with the Kaiser Sleep Medicine Center. I didn't hear anything back so I thought Ok they'll call.

This is my husband's insurance provider choice. They were late with delivery. Also have called and left message to see if he could get some small portables he could carry and have never received a call back. Not impressed by this oxygen provider.
