Mick, the Respiratory Therapist who brought my son’s bipap machine, is amazing! He is super responsive, and tonight I texted him because I accidentally dropped the filter in dish water and the machine won’t work through the wet filter. He went out of his way to bring me new filters after hours so that my son could sleep with the bipap. So thankful!
Excellent customer service, billed my insurance (UHC) I paid a very small portion. Super, nice equipment, state of the art, pushy about replacement supplies and I understand the reasons, Auto ship might accumulate too many supplies but convenient. Surprised at the complaints, not my experience in 3 years.

Iv never had an issue! And the guys that come out to assist are ALWAYS AMAZING! Thats why i give 5 star!
