Zara at Alpine was the most incredibly helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I got stranded in town a few days longer than expected but my luggage made it back to my home state with my glasses and contacts in tow. I called and explained the predicament, that I wore dailies, AND my prescription was bad and Zara hunted down a trail pack for me to get me through the extra and unexpected days I was in town. I was so panicked I would have to spend the week and navigate the airport blind, but Alpine and Zara came through for someone who isn’t even their regular patient. If I was a resident in the Springs, this office would have my business for life. I can’t thank them, and Zara especially, enough for going above and beyond for me in a time of panic despite not being a patient. THAT is what genuine, consistent, and quality care looks like.
