Patients appreciate his honesty and the fact that he only recommends necessary procedures. The staff is friendly and helpful, making patients feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Allan's work has led to positive outcomes, including improved smiles for patients.
Wonderful! Just Wonderful! The staff is amazingly kind and personable. The dentist was thoughtful and very knowledgeable. I've never had a better experience at a dental office and my prior family were dentists. Please call centennial if you want a great experience and expert work done.
I’ve been a regular patient with Centennial Dental Group for many years under both Dr. Allen (retired) and, now, Dr. Kaila.
Throughout that time, they have been consistently professional, caring, and highly skilled. Since the transition, Dr. Kaila and his hard-working staff have maintained the high standards set by the previous doc and ensured complete continuity of care.
The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and while I rarely spend more than a few minutes waiting, the lobby is comfortable and well-appointed with windows that take full advantage of the beautiful Colorado scenery.

I've gone to Centennial for as long as I've lived in the Springs; 29 years! I started with Neal's dad, Roger, a fabulous dentist. Neal has followed in his footsteps. He stays abreast of current techniques in dentistry and I have never had a procedure recommended that wan't needed. Dr. Neal Allan is both a fabulous practitioner and an honest human being -- the best care ever!
