I had an emergency situation with my little old man here, all the girls up front were very sweet (special shout-out to Kaitlin!!!!🎉🎊) and Dr Tyler Smith was very focused on getting my boy taken care of. I was able to pick him up last night and bring him home, I'm so very thankful!🙏
I saw people mentioning Dr Mac in previous reviews, and yes he was wonderful all the many years he was here!!! BUT, I wouldn't wanted anyone other than Dr Tyler Smith monitoring my boy yesterday anyways! Very attentive and communicated with me throughout the process!

I cannot praise this place enough, genuinely. I lost two of my pets 4 months apart, and Dr Smith was so gentle and kind in explaining what was wrong with them even though I was a sobbing mess. The ladies at the front desk are always attentive and answer all my questions, even if they have to call me back later. The rest of the staff is friendly, warm, and clearly very capable- they did X rays on my 120 pound dog without issue! Couldn’t recommend more!
I recommend this place 100%. The staff is incredible, their service is incredible. I'm Latina and don't speak English very well. They made me feel comfortable, tried to explain everything, and were always attentive to my needs. All I can say is that they took care of my dog 10/10.
