Loved the first sound bath I did! It was wonderful and super useful- I had a great experience and I loveeee sound baths. The office is beautiful and a great location.
I went to a second sound bath today that I didn’t enjoy as much. Energy work should allow for people to make any adjustments they need to and trust their own intuition, but the instructors said we had to do the exercises and breathing in a certain way- even stating I had to keep my eyes open. It also started to get a group therapy vibe to it and they put a new participant on the spot about his anxiety. As a licensed therapist, that gave me the ick. A sound bath should be a sound bath.

Amazing atmosphere and the staff is lovely!
After going to dozens of massage therapy venues, this is by far the BEST !! The owners provide such a wonderful aesthetic and offer wonderful specials regularly - which I have never experienced from the other places. There’s truly a holistic, warm and healing vibe here.
