I utilized Abogado Ernesto for my Citizenship application to the United States. My first experience with them was when i walked into their firm a year ago and was able to meet Ernesto. He explained the entire process thoroughly and gave me a lot of information that i would carry with me throughout the process.
The rest of the process admittedly was a little bit lackluster but not horrible.
I felt a slight lack of support from this team for a moment there and there were a couple things that did not go as smoothly as i had desired but i will not go into details here.
