M1Pro Plumbing LLC provides exceptional service. They offer 24-hour service, as demonstrated by their prompt response to a Saturday morning emergency. Technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and energetic. They install appliances, such as water heaters and dishwashers, professionally and at reasonable prices. Prices are fair, and the quality of work is excellent.
Absolutely best in town, they are extremely knowledgeable and beyond honest! Had an emergency, water line in my wall broke to my shower and they got it done and brand new faucet and handles less than two hours!
They were punctual throughly looked into the burst pipe and what caused it. Explained the situation and gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. Staff was profesional and answered all my questions. Even contacted me after the work was completed to ensure there were no issues.
If you’re looking for an honest good knowledgeable plumber call them!! They were not only quick and kind to get me scheduled with what works for me, they were very understanding of my situation and very thorough in their work! They were early to my house and Didn’t leave until they knew for a fact my problem with my kitchen sink not draining was solved. The free estimate was a huge bonus for me and they didn’t come up with a bunch of extra things that could be wrong they were very direct in their problem and only that problem and there was no surprise costs or fees.
