Wonderful staff! Everyone is very kind and caring. The staff here really take their time to get to know your pets and treat them as their own. It feels great to know my pets are in good hands when I bring them here.
From the moment you walk in you can feel the love and care this place has to offer. My dog is always in great hands and he loves it there. The staff is amazing with him and makes him feel comfortable the entire time.
Our dog was rescued from a very abusive situation. He is very anxious around anyone he doesn't know, and vet offices put him in a state of decline. Since he is healthy, I have always used a mobile vet who makes house calls, for annual check ups and vaccinations. Recently though, he became ill and needed the services that only a full service veterinary hospital can provide. I am so impressed with the staff at Vida. From Dr Hafer to the vet techs, and scheduling personnel, all were first rate. I was able to get my dog in the same morning. Everyone was so calm, and patient with our dog. I was amazed they could get the tests done they did without anesthetizing him.... read full review
