About Veros Health | Member of IMMUNOe Centennial
Veros Health offers a new concept in healthcare, focusing on the mechanism of disease with an understanding that the immune system is at the basis of many conditions. Reviews describe the providers as passionate, educated, and thorough, with a practice of true informed consent. Patients report that the doctors really listen, believe what the patient is saying, and explain everything thoroughly. The approach is noted for looking deeper for answers, not just treating symptoms, and thinking outside the box with treatments like infusion plans. This thorough care has been life-changing for some, with one patient calling it life-saving. The front desk staff also receives praise for being patient and helpful with complicated logistics. Patients advise that wait times can be long and getting an initial appointment can take significant time, but many feel it is well worth it for the expertise and patient care received.
I have been a new patient for a while and everything has been great. Heather is honestly, best of best, but this new AI bot system lacks care. I literally just got out of hospital due to sepsis and lung infection and have been trying to get an appointment immediately to see her to discuss treatment. (Or you can tell their onsite Labcorp that you want to opt out of certain ones, they will not force you to take it!). You can also call your insurance to verify and then just do them at another LabCorp location. The facility was very...read full review
The 5 stars are specifically for the licensed healthcare professionals and several members of the support staff who are exceptional and have been involved with my son's ongoing care. To name a few: Sarah, Heather, Makena T., Dr. Sharon, Dr. Melamed, Liz, Natalia, Carla, Samina. There are several others who have also been wonderful at their jobs but I don't recall everyone's names. The time they've taken to help educate us, answer questions, and come up with future plans and ideas is beyond anything experienced from other immunology clinics. Thank you.
