I am a graduate of Valley Hope's Intensive Outpatient program and their Residential Inpatient program. I have been to 3 other clinical rehab programs in the past as well. The biggest thing that sets Valley Hope apart from others is their staff. Many of them have been in recovery for years so they can relate well to the patient, but more importantly they all truly care about our success in recovery. I volunteer at events for Valley Hope because I believe in them so strongly, and to stand as an example that their programs work. I went here two years ago and I still miss sometimes when life gets hard and it was an amazing program. The thing I liked about NDF was that if you want to be successful in recovery they don’t baby you but they also treat you like a person. every session and handout was different, interesting, and helped me learn more about my disease, helping me heal. The staff put a lot of time and energy into giving a shit about my success in recovery, if you care about yourself your family and your future they will help you and they don’t forget you when you leave.
